1. What is Envoyo?

Envoyo is a global e-commerce platform that includes all the services that companies who want to sell in e-commerce marketplaces abroad will need in this journey. After becoming a member of Envoyo, you will encounter customs, legal and regulatory consultancy, photography, company establishment, product listing in marketplaces, product management, advertising management, etc. while opening up to the marketplaces in the UK. You will have all services at prices specially prepared for you.

2. How does Envoyo work?

After you become a member of Envoyo, a customer representative will contact you to inform you about how the Envoyo platform is used and to understand your needs in the Envoyo journey. You can manage your international e-commerce and e-export processes together with Envoyo, entrusting them entirely to Envoyo’s expertise. If you want, you can choose the services you will need in the process of selling products in marketplaces abroad and purchase them from Envoyo. With Envoyo membership, all you need to access international marketplaces and other services is your credit card. After registering, you can determine your needs and receive global e-commerce services by following the in-platform directions, consulting our help team, or visiting the Envoyo Store.

3. Is there an obligation to establish a company in the relevant country for international e-commerce?

No! One of the biggest advantages provided by Envoyo is that, if you wish, you can make trial sales through your registered company in Turkey and Envoyo’s accounts on the relevant platforms without opening a new company, and you can establish your own company after reaching a certain sales volume.

4. How will I determine the products I will sell in e-commerce markets abroad through Envoyo?

You can become a member of Envoyo by paying a monthly membership fee, or you can also benefit from the annual membership we offer to our customers who want to pay annually for a limited period of time.

7. How do I purchase services?

After completing the steps to become a member of Envoyo and become a member of the platform, you can log in to the platform and select the services you need from the Envoyo Store tab and purchase them instantly online with your credit card.

8. Can I benefit from the services mentioned on your site without becoming a member of Envoyo?

12. How long will it take for me to start selling products on Amazon?

This period usually takes between 6-8 weeks, depending on the time it takes to prepare your products, ensure compliance with the necessary regulations, complete preparations on packaging, labels, etc., and prepare your stocks, Amazon’s approval processes, and warehouse traffic.

13. Do I need to know a foreign language?

When you get a product listing and product management package from Envoyo, you do not need to have an English-speaking e-commerce team. It can manage the process of selling your products in UK marketplaces from A to Z with its expert e-commerce team and managers who speak English. You can manage any possible problems you may encounter by establishing the necessary communications on Amazon and other marketplaces.

14. How will I determine the services I need?

When you purchase an Envoyo membership, your membership includes customer representative support. You can purchase it from Envoyo Store by determining the steps according to your needs with the Envoyo customer representative.

15. Is there a trial period?

The trial period is 7 days.

16. Can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership after one year by showing the necessary reasons. The conditions are also stated in our contract, which you can access when becoming a member.

17. Do the service packages I purchase have an expiration date?

Depending on the service you will receive, you can use the service within 6 months, especially if the service does not need to be completed within a certain period of time.

18. How can I get more detailed information?

21. Will customer service be provided after purchasing the service?

After purchasing the service, Envoyo will follow all the processes with you. Envoyo customer services will be with you for the services you will receive from Envoyo solution partners. However, the responsibility for the management and termination of these services belongs to our solution partner. Envoyo will accompany you during this time.

22. What should I do if I have any problems with the processes?

Envoyo customer representatives will be with you throughout all processes. If you have any problems, simply send an e-mail to envoyo or contact the customer representative.

23. How can I purchase my Envoyo membership and the services I will purchase?

You can pay for your membership and services with your credit card. The membership fee will be debited from your credit card every month. Services will be charged to your credit card monthly or once, depending on the service you receive. The credit card information you use to pay for these services is not kept by Envoyo, and payments are made via a secure network through the international online payment institution we use.

24. Can I define different users with different authorizations?

You can define users with different authorities within the framework of the rights of the membership package you purchased.

25. What information will I need during the membership phase?

Our membership structure is on an organizational basis and includes a structure where you will first register with your company representative’s email and mobile phone information, and then enter your company information to use the services at Envoyo.

26. Can I integrate our own reporting and tracking systems into the Envoyo platform?

Envoyo includes a reporting screen and a dashboard where you can monitor sales processes according to the needs that need to be followed in e-commerce and determined by our customers. You can follow your sales from these screens and easily download reports. Envoyo can also support you to improve your needs in this regard.

27. How can I ship my products to Amazon warehouses?

The Envoyo team includes logistics experts with more than 24 years of experience in logistics and warehousing. You can either get an offer from Envoyo’s solution partners to deliver your products from your door to Amazon warehouses, or you can manage all the processes yourself. In addition to delivering products safely to the UK, we have a team with experience in delivering products to Amazon warehouses at the right time and in accordance with Amazon’s many rules.
